GAGEL'S HANGING BASKETS
click for enlarged view      Gagel's is known for great baskets. Our reputation is based on years of producing gorgeous combo baskets, flowering baskets, foliage baskets, deckrail pots, and deck pots. All of our baskets are planted with high quality cuttings from PROVEN WINNERS, FLOWER FIELDS, OGLEVEE, or FISCHER. We control the growing environment for separate crops to maximize performance, and use an automated watering system to ensure crop consistancy.
Each basket is filled with a combination of quality Sunshine SB-200 mix and a timed release fertilizer. Here at Gagel's, we choose not to skimp on our cuttings per basket ratio: 5-7 cuttings per basket vs. the standard 3. Baskets are also fertilized every time we water and the results speak for themselves. We can honestly say that quality is our #1 priority, and as a result, we have the best baskets in town.
Be sure to call or stop by the farm and let one of our qualified salespeople help you find the best basket for your needs.

COMBO BASKETS
click for enlarged view      You kind of have to see these to believe them! We start these in early February to have them ready by Mother's Day. Our talented staff creates some great combinations of colors and foliage. These baskets usually contain 13 separate plants! The varieties are endless, and it's hard to leave with just one. Of course if you need a matching pair that's no problem as we plant baskets in groups of 6.
We plant our combos in 12" and 14" pots to give them enough growing media to sustain growth throughout the summer. Be forewarned -- this is no wimpy shepherds hook combo. You definitely need a solid hook mounted into a solid timber to support the weight. Or do as many of our customers do and just pop it out of the pot, plant it and pretend that you have been growing it in the closet all winter!

FLOWERING BASKETS
click for enlarged view      This is just a general listing. We usually have several colors of each type of basket grown. In some cases, like petunias or impatiens, we have upwards of 25 colors.
